Knowledge in Presentations

The most common thing I hear from people who are talking about a change is:

"I know what I am doing, I have been doing it for years. I just have to......".

Society has had many of us build up our walls to make sure we do not look weak to others. We have a tendency to assume we know what is best and we are always doing the right thing. I am very guilty of that same thought process. But as I am taking time to grow, I am learning more and more about life.

One of my favorite proverbs is "A wise man never knows all; Only fools know everything." I love the ability to share my knowledge; opening people's eyes on new food information and the different healthy options in life. I have had an opportunity to work with Child and Family services to present about Healthy Lunch Prep. I discuss ways to be healthy for you busy day at work. This month is Healthy Nutrition Month if you did not know and I have been honored to be quoted in the monthly news letter from Child and Family Services. Hope you all enjoy it!
