My Story
​
My name is Krista. I am a mother of 3 kids and a dog. I have always had a love for food.
One day, I realized I did not know anything about what I was eating. So I decided to go back to school. At first it was a hobby, but I feel in love. I received the Nutrition Consultant Master Level Certification Program through AFPA. After finishing my program, I knew I wanted to share what I learned with others.

I tried a lot of different ways that I thought could benefit people & after a little while, I realized my passion is what I know, my life. I love working with my kids and making meals for my family. My goal is to help everyone understand the world of nutrition by being informed and then YOU can make the right choices.
